Privacy notice
This Technical Help service is operated by the individual developer behind the public GitHub identity @premiuslol. Written privacy requests can be submitted through the same intake form by starting the task description with “Privacy request”.
What is collected
The intake form submits your name or organization, written reply contact, fit outcome and the generated technical brief. Do not submit passwords, session cookies, API keys, private keys or seed phrases, production database dumps, banking/tax identifiers, unnecessary customer records, attachments or other secrets.
Purpose and basis
The information is used to assess your request, communicate in writing and, if both sides later agree, prepare scope and acceptance criteria. Ordinary pre-contract inquiries are processed to take steps at your request before a possible agreement. Basic abuse, security and spam handling is used where necessary to operate the service safely.
Processors and transfers
The site and form are hosted by Netlify. Netlify may process form submissions and normal hosting/request metadata using its infrastructure and documented international-transfer mechanisms, including applicable adequacy frameworks and contractual safeguards. The operator may use AI-assisted tools to review non-sensitive submitted text and draft written replies. Any later processing of private client data or AI use is agreed separately before work begins.
Retention
Netlify form submissions are a temporary intake queue and are deleted within 30 days of submission. If an inquiry becomes agreed work, only records reasonably needed for the engagement, security, accounting or legal obligations are retained separately for the applicable period.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of an inquiry, and where applicable restriction, objection or a copy of your data. You may also contact your competent data-protection authority. The service has no advertising pixels or remarketing and accepts no file uploads at first contact.
